Confessions of a Trans-Addict

I’m a Geekticon (as my cousin said). A Transformers enthusiast. I’ve memorized 98% of the characters in all continuities. I know the repeated names, repainted figures, the Japanese names, the pre-Transformers toys, the other non-Transformers toy lines.

When I was 6 or 7, I designed a simple transforming car costume made out of cardboard. Now I’m doing several costumes. Wow.

Soundwave was the first Transformer I wanted. Maybe someday I’ll get a chance to have one. My brother and I had a few figures, which are still intact.

I keep my Transformers figures, comic and trade paperback collection in the safest way possible.

I think it’s more than a hobby or interest. It’s a passion.
